Bill White is the Executive Vice President of Operations for the A. Pappajohn Company. He oversees the day-to-day operations to support the growth of the company while focusing on strategic planning and goal-setting for the company and its projects.

Bill is also responsible for managing the project managers, estimators and project superintendents. He is also esponsible for projects with both construction risks and those as an owner’s representative; ensuring that the company has the proper administration, operational controls, reporting procedures, and people systems in place to maintain schedules, maximize financial strength and minimize cost overruns.
